• File details, such as file names, paths, extensions, sizes, modified times, and category labels shown in scan results.
• Media details for photos, videos, audio, and documents, including thumbnails or media records needed to show reviewable or recoverable items.
• Your in-app selections, such as the files or categories you choose to clean, delete, or recover.
• Basic app preferences, such as display language and startup guidance state.
• Feedback text that you enter when you choose to send feedback through your email app.

4. Permissions and why they are requested

PureClean requests permissions only when they are relevant to a feature you open or a page that needs them.

• All Files Access / storage permission: used to scan files, show cleanable or recoverable items, remove selected items after confirmation, and restore supported files where Android allows recovery.
• Read external storage: used on supported Android versions to read files and media needed for scan, cleanup, and recovery features.
• Write external storage: used on supported Android versions when a selected cleanup or recovery action requires writing or updating files.
• Internet: used to open this Privacy Policy page and related policy configuration.
• App installation check for WhatsApp and TikTok: used to check whether WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business, TikTok, or TikTok regional variants are installed before showing related cleanup flows.

5. Cleanup, deletion, and recovery actions

PureClean shows scan results before you take action. Cleanup or deletion applies only to selected items and requires confirmation before files are removed. Some files may not be recoverable because recovery depends on Android storage rules, MediaStore records, file availability, and device manufacturer behavior.

6. Feedback, rating, sharing, and external apps

• Feedback: when you submit feedback, PureClean opens your email app with a prepared recipient, subject, and message body. You can review or edit the email before sending it. The default contact address is ladenappdeveloper@gmail.com.
• Rate Us: the rating flow may open Google Play or a browser page for the app listing or search results.
• Share App: when you copy the install link, the link is placed on the Android clipboard so you can paste it elsewhere.
